Here is the Guide on Office 2019 Offline Installation:
Before You Start, Download Microsoft Office Offline
STAGE 1. UNINSTALL THE CURRENT OFFICE
1. Uninstall the current office on your PC via Control Panel.2. In the search box next to the start on the taskbar, type Control Panel. Select Control Panel from the list of result.
3. Select Uninstall a program from the new pop-up menu.
4. Select your current Office and right click and select uninstall.
STAGE 2. TURN OFF YOUR VIRUS & THREAT PROTECTION.
2. Therefore, you should open Settings >Windows Security > Virus & Threat Protection to turn off Real-Time Protection temporarily.
STAGE 3. INSTALLING OFFICE.
1. After uninstalling and Turning of your Real Time Protection, Right Click to extract the Microsoft Office you downloaded.
6. Select Yes to continue.
7. Wait for this pop-up for installing office.
After successful installed, open Microsoft Word and follow the next steps to activate it.
1.Go back to where you extracted Microsoft Office 2016-2019.
2. Right click on Activator.cmd and run as administrator.
3. When you see this pop-up press (1) on your keyboard to Choose option (1) which is Activate.
4. Wait for it to complete activation and press any key to continue. Press (2) to Choose Option (2) which is Install Activation Auto-Renewal.
5. Wait for it to complete and ENJOY your new Microsoft Offices.
